Rachael holds the qualifications of Bachelor of Commerce with Bachelor of Arts Psychology obtained from Macquarie University and Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) obtained from the Australian Catholic University.
Rachael has completed a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the Australian Catholic University. She has national registration as a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners’ Registration Agency and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Rachael has experience working with clients across a range of settings including community mental health, private psychiatric hospital, private practice and a not-for-profit organisation.
Rachael has exposure working with clients across the lifespan and with a diverse range of mental health presentations, including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, depression, emotional difficulties and ADHD.
Rachael enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, with a special interest in young adults and working with clients with anxiety.
Rachael is dedicated to working collaboratively with clients and she utilises an individualised client centred approach.
She works primarily from a cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) approach, but employs other evidence-based approaches to complement these when suitable.
